Guadeloupe


The French language school
is located in Sainte Anne, a small seaside town on the southern coast of Guadeloupe. The school offers year-round, semi-intensive and intensive French language courses (six levels) 20 to 30 hours per week in individual and small group setting. Classes begin every Monday and run through Friday. The school provides airport transfers and various accommodation options including family stays. Additional courses offered are as follows :

  • A two-week program in Professional French for Tourism.
  • French for specific purposes (available upon request).
  • Semi-Intensive General French combined with three day guided tours in Kayak and Hiking in Guadeloupe's National Park (Intermediate level French is required).
  • Instruction in Guadeloupian Creole which may be combined with a General French course.
  • Bilingual Program (French and English) for children 5 to 11 years of age during Easter break and July/August.
  • French language programs are available for organized groups (high schools, colleges and universities). The school also offers the following afternoon activities :
  • Creole Cooking on Wednesday.
  • Guadeloupian Dance course on Friday (Gwo Ka, Beguine, Zouk or African dances). A Salsa course is offered on Monday evening.
  • Drum playing course every afternoon Monday to Friday (minimum enrollment 2 students). Learn to play the Ka.
  • Instruction in making the Drum-Ka.
