Florence, Rome, Siena, Venice and other cities : Italian language and cuisine (afternoon courses) every two weeks, year-round. Open to students 17 and over. Cuisine courses must be taken with Italian language courses. Apicius

: Italian language and Cooking for Amateurs 4 to 12 week duration; programs
for Professionals which includes Italian language combined with Culinary
Arts 14 to 42 weeks in duration; Baking and Pastry; Wine Expertise; Restaurant
Management and Internships. The last four programs are 14 to 28 weeks
in duration with program sessions for beginners and advanced students. |
